New York, May 29, 2026 — Korea Art Forum (KAF) invites you to Murray Hill Matchday (MHM), a World Cup viewing event curated by Xung (Sunghyun Jang) of Gong Collective. MHM brings together a live match screening, cultural programming, and neighborhood engagement, in a public outdoor setting in Queens. Located directly in front of Murray Hill LIRR, the event welcomes both local residents and visitors through an accessible after-work format featuring DJs, a Korean cultural halftime performance, and community activation. MHM positions the 2026 World Cup as both a global sports moment and a local public gathering opportunity. featuring pre-game DJs and a Korean cultural halftime performance. MHM brings sports and community together through art.
MHM will take place on three weekdays in June at Barton Avenue, near Murray Hill Station. Korea vs. Czechia will take place on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 10:00 PM, Korea vs. Mexico will take place on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 9:00 PM, and Korea vs South Africa will take place on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 9:00 PM.
