New York, May 30, 2026 — Korea Art Forum (KAF) invites you to the official unveiling ceremony of the Murray Hill Lights (MHL), a public light installation in Murray Hill, Queens, in June. MHL is a multi-colored light installation that transforms Barton Ave into a safe, vibrant public space. MHL expands art, transforming everyday life into a platform for creativity.
MHL will be unveiled on Barton Ave on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM, and will be accompanied by additional community programming. Traditional Indian Dance and Drumming Performance will take place from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM; the Unveiling Ceremony and special remarks from the Executive Director of New York City Department of Small Business Services (SBS), New York City Council Member of District 20 Sandra Ung, New York State Assembly Member of District 40 Ron Kim, and artists Heng Gil Han and Austin Kim, will take place from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM; Traditional Korean Dance and Drumming Performance will take place from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
